The sweetness of God is found in Jesus’ Resurrection. Because He lives, I can face each day with courage and joy. O, how sweet it is to be loved by God (John 3:16). ‘Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus … Oh, for grace to trust Him more.
The theme reminds us that because He lives, we find strength and hope to greet each new day with confidence. It’s a warm, heartfelt message of faith and resilience, encouraging us to remain hopeful and positive no matter what challenges we may face.
The Easter season, known as Eastertide, begins on Easter Sunday and concludes 50 days later on Pentecost.
Daily Prayers For Christ’s Sake
- Father, for the sake of Your Beloved Son, our Savior Jesus Christ, help me to become a bold and compelling witness to His resurrection. Amen
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, let the power of Your Resurrection permeate my life for Christ’s sake. Amen
- Father, for the sake of your Beloved Son, have mercy on us and forgive us, as we have not loved you with our whole hearts and have not loved our neighbors as we should have. Amen
And now Father, let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Thy sight, O Lord, my Rock and Redeemer. (Psalm 19: 14) ESV
