Week Two: Righteousness by Faith
Scripture: Romans 5:1–4; Philippians 3:9
By faith in Jesus, we are made right with God—not by merit, nor by heritage, nor by social location. This righteousness transcends every human boundary. It gives us peace when systems fail and grace when certainty disappears.
Thurman reminds us:
“Faith is the assurance that the life we live is rooted in a deeper reality than the one we see.”
– Howard Thurman

Reflection:
Because we are justified by faith, we rejoice in hope—even when the world offers reasons to despair.
Prayer:
Hallelujah! Let everything that has breath praise our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Closing Benediction
Stand in faith with confident expectation.
Make your confession sure.
Let your hope be extraordinary—even now.
Rejoice always, again I say Rejoice!
